New Children's comic strip
This
is a nice job I've just completed for the Irish language Children's
comic rírá. I was commissioned to produce a two page strip on any
subject.. the story just had to be suitable for 8-14 year olds. I chose to do something fun around the latest Mars lander mission.
Read on to view my process..from rough pencils to finished artwork. The artwork
needed to be drawn slightly smaller than A4 as the printed comic is A5. I've Included an English language translation for your viewing pleasure!

Nanny's Lighthouse

Spidey picture book
A selection of Images from a Children's picture book I recently finished illustrating.
The book is called 'Spidey' and is the charming story of a little boy who loves spiders!
The book is written by Carmel Ní Cheallaigh and published by the Irish Language publisher Cló Mhaigh Eo.
It should be in book shops this August...can't wait!
